Processing and Shipping: All of our products are hand made. Please allow 5-7 days for processing and up to 5-7 business days for shipping. 

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for safety and sanitation reasons. If you are not satisfied with your order, please send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Damaged Products: All of our products are placed in glass containers to avoid the chemicals contained in plastic. If you receive damage products please take a picture and send to us via email.
